The Texas State Senate Redistricting Committee has published a first draft of its map following the 2020 Census, and Brewster County is likely to end up aligned with El Paso to the west instead of San Antonio to the east. Dr. Jimmy Case, professor of political science at SRSU, joins the discussion.
