Early voting for the Texas Primary Election is ongoing at the Val Clark Office Complex or Old Library Building on 7th Street across from the Brewster County Courthouse.
Through Friday, Feb. 18, vote from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Next week, vote at the same time Tuesday and Wednesday, Feb. 22-23. On Thursday and Friday, Feb. 24-25, voting is extended for one hour to 6 p.m.
The polls will be closed on Monday, Feb. 21, for President’s Day.
Anyone registered in Brewster County can vote early in Alpine as stated above.
However, remote early voting will also be held in Marathon, Study Butte and Terlingua at the respective community centers Feb. 22-23 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Election Day is Tuesday, March 1. The polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. when voters will cast their ballots at their individual precincts. Check your voter registration to find out what precinct you live in.
